Teachers and learning professionals had to learn the new way of teaching as solely remote and now that the world is transitioning into the "new normal" professionals have to learn how to teach in a hybrid environment. This can be difficult but some professionals in an educational environment have shifted to game based learning and others in the corporate environment have switched to live webinars.

Given that there are some people who are in person and some who work from home, there was a very big change in how instruction would be led. It has been a change but many have come to adapt!
